Although the staff didn't speak English very well, they were quite helpful. When we requested a room downstairs this was no problem. Although quite small, the rooms downstairs were clean, the bed was good, decent bathroom. The parking is convenient although it only provides place for a limited number of cars. Breakfast was good to Italian standards, but I'd say only okay for people who are used to more.
We wouldn't recommend the annex rooms as the only slightly larger room doesn't outweigh the decrease in comfort. Also, the 'better view' is absolutely not the case. The rooms are equally noisy as those on the 1st floor as you are by a busy street.

People at the reception were really nice and keen in giving information and help. The bathroom was completely new and perfectly cleaned.
Too much noise coming from the street (we were in a 1st floor room). Bad experience with a cleaning lady entering the room while I was sleeping without knocking to the door. The price is too high for the services offered and for the location even if the hotel has the advantage to have a free parking space that can hosts up to 4 cars.

Staff was very kind. They didn´t speak English well, but it doesn´t matter, we always made understood, ´cause the staff was really willing.
Breakfast was very small. It would be better.

The room was very clean and comfortable, with a lovely cozy feeling. The location was great - just a short walk to some fantastic spots and some lovely shops nearby. We were pleasantly surprised with the complimentary breakfast included in our stay - it was a very nice touch to the experience. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from our window, a romantic touch to our escape.
Sadly, the room had paper-thin walls, we could hear the guests in the next room and some noise from the street, which is not ideal for a romantic getaway. Despite these minor issues, we still had a wonderful time and would recommend the hotel for its overall value.

This hotel's location is convenient for exploring the city, with plenty of options for dining and sightseeing within walking distance. You can take a nice stroll to the old town passing landmarks such as Christopher Columbus house and the Duomo. the staff is welcoming and the breakfast, although small, is nice. the room is clean and has comfortable beds.
The bathroom and the shower cubicle are small and might not be comfortable for some guests.

This hotel was great! I really liked the location because it was easy to walk to the center and grab something to eat. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. I appreciated the private parking, as it was tough to find parking in this city. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and breakfast was yummy.
Nothing that I didn't like. this hotel was a great find and I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations! the staff were absolutely fantastic - friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. They gave great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, making our stay even more enjoyable. Secondly, the location was perfect. Just a short walk from the train station and close to the city center, we were able to easily explore the surrounding area. Lastly, the rooms were clean and spacious, providing us with a comfortable stay throughout our visit. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
All in all, our stay at this hotel was wonderful and I couldn't find any faults.
